The Board of Directors of Hilburn & Harper, Ltd., Attorneys at Law, is pleased to announce that attorney Chad Taylor has joined the firm as a partner.
Taylor practices primarily in the areas of Probate and Trust Administration, Estate Planning and Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Guardianships and Family Law. Prior to joining Hilburn & Harper, Taylor has successfully managed and handled hundreds of probate, estate planning, and other related cases.
A native of Benton, Ark., Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas before attending UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Among other honors, Taylor has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2022 Rising Star, and was named to Little Rock Soiree’s annual list of Little Rock’s Best Lawyers in both 2022 and 2023.
Taylor says that his work in estates and other related cases is rewarding because he gets to help people when they’re going through heartbreaking and emotional times. Being empathetic and understanding where someone is coming from is just as important as the case law and statutes.
Taylor said a lesson he learned from his grandfather — “Just do the next right thing” — is his personal guidestar in both life and the law. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, tennis player and hunter, and enjoys spending free time with his wife Amanda and their two dogs, Whit and Gracie.
