Tess was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After graduating from Baton Rouge Magnet High School, she attended Hendrix College where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English. After college, she attended UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where she obtained her law degree and graduated Cum Laude.
Tess practices various aspects of civil litigation, commercial law, construction law, creditor’s rights, secured transactions, bankruptcy, municipal law and domestic relations.
In her free time, Tess enjoys cooking, running and spending time with her dog, Liam. Further, Tess has a passion for creative arts and helping others, and she channels this enthusiasm by volunteering with Poetic Justice—a nonprofit that brings restorative writing and creative arts programs to incarcerated women.
