About
Riley was born and raised on a farm in Cerro Gordo, Illinois, and is a proud graduate of Cerro Gordo High School. While in high school, she earned her Associates of Science degree from Richland Community College. Then, she went on to attend Illinois College, where she played collegiate volleyball and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in pre-law.
Riley graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, she received Top Paper Awards in Property and Agricultural law. She also had the opportunity to work as a law clerk for several firms and as a Rule XV law student for the William H. Bowen School of Law Delta Divorce Clinic.
After passing the Arkansas Bar Examination, Riley joined Hilburn & Harper, Ltd. as an associate attorney, where she practices various aspects of family law and other general civil litigation.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and pursuing her passion for barrel racing.
