About
Morgan was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but spent most of his childhood in Texarkana. He graduated from Genoa Central High School and was a proud member of the Dragon baseball, football, and quiz bowl teams. He attended both the University of Central Arkansas and the University of Arkansas, where he graduated from the latter with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sport Management. After college, Morgan attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
During law school, Morgan was honored to be named top student in his Trial Advocacy course by Timothy Brooks, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He spent his summers clerking with Hilburn & Harper, Ltd., as well as the Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office. Upon passing the Arkansas Bar Examination, he became an associate attorney at Hilburn & Harper, where he practices criminal defense, family law, and various areas of civil litigation.
Outside of the office, Morgan loves traveling and spending time with his family, friends, and loved ones. He’s also an avid supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks, New England Patriots, and St. Louis Cardinals.
