Lindsey was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating high school from Little Rock Christian Academy, she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After college, she attended UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where she obtained her law degree.
Lindsey began her career as an attorney at the Arkansas Supreme Court, where she clerked for both Associate Justice Josephine L. Hart and Associate Justice Rhonda K. Wood. She continued her career as General Counsel for Arkansas Tobacco Control before joining Hilburn & Harper, Ltd., where she practices various aspects of civil litigation, criminal law, administrative law and domestic relations.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their dogs, Roscoe and Aspen.
